WHY CHOOSE US
The Reasons To Choose Injureaze
Comprehensive, evidence based treatment approach
Injureaze sports therapy combines multiple proven techniques- sports massage, trigger point therapy, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, neuromuscular techniques and stretching amongst many to address both the cause of pain and the symptoms, not just provide temporary relief.
Faster pain relief and recovery
Advanced modalities like shockwave and ultrasound therapy help accelerate tissue healing, reduce inflammation and break down scar tissue, allowing you to recover more quickly and safely.
Personalised treatment plans
Every session is tailored to your specific injury, sport or lifestyle. Â By assessing movement patterns and muscle imbalances, injureaze ensures treatment is targeted, effective and individual, not a one size fits all approach.
Improved mobility, strength and performanceÂ
Neuromuscular techniques and guided stretching restore proper muscle function, improve flexibility and enhance performance- helping you move better , prevent re-injury and return stronger.

What our Happy Clients
say about Injureaze

I started seeing Tracey 5 years ago. I was training for a marathon at the time and had aches and pains in my hips and knees. She was super knowledgeable and reassuring, she identified a weakness in my knee and explained to me where tightness was causing pain. I saw her for regular sessions during my training which I believe was the reason I stayed injury free!Since then I have seen Tracey for regular maintenance sessions, whether I’m training for a run or just tight from a week at the gym I always leave feeling like I understand my body better. The sessions are enjoyable, she explains what she is doing and gives guidance so you can do the necessary stretches and exercises at home. I have recommended Tracey to many friends, whether they are recovering from surgery, training for a race or just achey from everyday life she’s helped them too.

I have visited Tracey, off and on, for a number of years and have always received professional and considerate treatments. The last time was in respect of a 'tennis elbow' issue which was causing me quite some discomfort, the matter was swiftly diagnosed, treated and I was back playing that week. Tracey is a pleasure to deal with and, it has been my experience, ultimately very effective.
Tim

I have been treated by Tracey for my rehabilitation after full hip replacement surgery . Tracey works primarily at home, but she also does client visits at only a small extra charge, invaluable for post ops who struggle to get to hospital appointments, especially in inclement weather. In addition tracey is very professional and extremely competent as well as being very friendly, flexible and interested in her clients

Tracey is my go to person for all things sports injury related. Having done a few marathons, it’s fair to say I’ve needed advice on how to maximise my performance in both training and the race itself - Tracey provides clear guidance, and has helped my body and I get to the line, and cross it!
