I became interested in Pilates to help compliment my work as a Sports Injury Practitioner. I utilize this alongside my work with post injury/ post surgery rehabilitation patients. In addition, I help those suffering with conditions of Scoliosis and Muscular imbalance.

health issues and medical history, an assessment of any injuries, range of motion,
